We’re getting into the festive spirit here at Proline and have decided to take a look back over the unprecedented and jam-packed year we’ve had.
We have had an unforgettable year and we can’t wait to step into the next having achieved so much.
In March before the madness ensued, Proline attended the Hotel, Restaurant & Catering Show where we were able to network with our associates in the industry which was especially imperative considering the months that were to follow.
At the start of the pandemic the Proline team adapted to new ways of working, we put social distancing measures in place, added cleaning points in many areas, reduced the number of people in the office and spaced out meetings with fewer participants.
To help others in the industry, Proline developed and launched bespoke protective screens, for installation onto gantries and counters that could be used in an array of commercial environments.
We worked on a number of projects throughout the year for a range of clients, some of our biggest clients were Howdens Joinery and Seymour Hotels, among many others which will all be revealed on our socials in the upcoming months.
In September, we were fortunate enough to celebrate our 17th year in business, and this was commemorated with a front page feature in Catering Insight.
Proline also rolled out our latest back of house specialist fabrication service which was introduced just before lockdown, which allows us to offer complete highly-specified stainless steel fabrication in the kitchens and the front of house servery areas.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the unprecedented difficulties faced, 2020 has not been the easiest, but it has been one of the most rewarding – seeing the team work together to overcome the year’s hurdles.
From everyone here at Proline, we’d like to thank all of our employees, clients and suppliers for all their support and we would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We’ll see you all in 2021!
Over the festive period, Proline’s main office will close for Christmas on Tuesday 22nd December and will reopen in the New Year on Monday 4th January.
