The Covid-19 epidemic has changed the way businesses across the globe operate and Proline hasn’t been an exception. In line with the Government’s advice, we closed our factory for a few months and kept skeleton staff on to support existing projects.
But now, we’re back and the team are working better than ever. In the office and factory, we are learning to adapt to the ‘new normal’ with social distancing measures in place and we have also added cleaning points in many areas.
How we are adhering to guidelines
The Proline team are adapting to new ways of working. For meetings, we have reduced the number of people in one given room, spacing out meetings with fewer participants.
We have also tried our hardest to keep the team’s spirits uplifted, which is why we have dotted around some humorous posters around the Proline HQ to put a smile on everyone’s face and remind them to keep their two-metre distance and Bruce Forsyth and Mr T have done a great job so far!
The projects we’ve been working on…
It’s not taken a long time for us to get back into the swing of things! Our first job completed with RDA Limited, since lockdown was a bespoke coffee bar featuring Corian Light Ash as well as a mix of Egger laminates in Pistachio, Sandy Kentucky Chestnut and Black Pietra Crigia, culminating in a fantastic look and finish!
We have also recently completed a counter installation project at Stocks Hall Health Club and Spa, so they can reopen with style when they choose to.
Not only that, but the Proline team has been busy helping other businesses return to operation. In order to reopen to the public, many businesses need to alter their counters so customers and employees are guarded with protective screens. Proline is helping many companies convert their premises into a safe space by adding protective screens to gantries so staff can continue communicating effectively with customers.
We couldn’t be prouder of our team who have adjusted their working schedule with ease and without complaints during lockdown. Well done everyone!
